Our Commitment

At The Nonprofit Turnaround, we are committed to delivering clear, actionable value in every engagement. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be completely satisfied with our services.

Jumpstart Session ($1,000)

The Jumpstart is a 90-minute working session with pre-read intake that delivers a clarity diagnosis and prioritized next steps.

Refund Terms: If you believe the Jumpstart session was not delivered as promised, contact us within 14 days of your session. We will:

• Review your concerns in good faith
• Offer to address any gaps through additional consultation at no charge
• If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, provide a full or partial refund as appropriate

Consulting Engagements (Belief OS)

For larger consulting engagements delivered over 6–12 months, refund terms are specified in the individual project agreement. Generally:

• Before work begins: Full refund of any advance payment minus reasonable administrative costs
• During engagement: If you need to terminate the engagement, payment is due for work completed up to the termination date. Unused prepaid amounts will be refunded.
• Completed deliverables: Once deliverables are approved and accepted, they are considered complete and non-refundable

Cancellations

Jumpstart Sessions: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the session fee or require rescheduling within 30 days.

Consulting Engagements: Cancellation terms are outlined in individual project agreements. We understand that circumstances change, and we work with clients to find reasonable solutions.

We will respond within 2 business days and work with you to find a fair resolution.
